无柄髋关节置换治疗中青年股骨头坏死患者的中近期疗效分析

Stemless hip prosthesis replacement in the treatment of middle and young-aged patients with femoral head necrosis: the short-term curative effects analysis
目的 探讨无柄髋关节置换治疗中青年股骨头坏死患者的中近期疗效。 方法 对19例中青年股骨头坏死患者19髋采用无柄髋关节置换术,对其临床效果进行评述分析。 结果 19例患者疗效满意,术后随访6~65个月,按Harris评分为平均(89.4±6.5)分。优13例,良5例,中1例。优良率为 94.7%。 结论 无柄髋关节置换术,适用于中青年股骨头缺血性坏死晚期患者,中近期疗效好,能有效保存骨量,但远期效果有待长时间观察。
Objective To explore the short-term effects of the stemless hip prosthesis replacement on treating middle and young-aged patients with femoral head necrosis. Methods 19 cases (middle or young-aged) suffered from femoral head necrosis received the stemless hip replacement surgery, and followed by the evaluation of clinical effects. Results The follow up time was about 6 to 65 months. All patients recovered, with the Harris score of 89.4± 6.5 points averagely ( excellent in 13 cases, good in 5 cases, medium in 1 case). Excellent and good rate was about 94.7%. Conclusions The stemless hip arthroplasty is suitable for treating middle and young-aged patients with avascular necrosis, for its excellent short-term curative effects. However, the long-term effects need to be revealed.
