摘要

目的    通过三维测量方法测量颞浅动脉干解剖学参数, 为相关临床操作提供解剖学参考。  方法   选取2021年1月至2021年6月于遵义医科大学附属医院行头颅CTA检查的70例影像学原始图像,患者年龄30~79岁,平均60.0岁,其中女性32例,男性38例。通过专业医学三维重建软件(mimics)进行颞浅动脉重建后,测量颞浅动脉主干解剖参数: 颞浅动脉干长度(AB)、C型弯曲的长度(CD)、水平测量的外耳道和颞浅动脉干之间的距离(EF)、C型弯曲弯曲度。  结果    在三维可视化模型上进行三维测量,男性与女性测量结果无统计学差异。不同年龄组测量结果无统计学差异。66%颞浅动脉干颧弓处出现C型弯曲;C型弯曲长度与弯曲度呈线性相关y=0.82788x-0.02919。89 %C型弯曲处有分支血管发出;C型弯曲处发出的分支7%为颞中动脉,64%为颧眶动脉,29%为颞中动脉和颧眶动脉。70例数据中1侧颞浅动脉顶支缺如,1侧颞浅动脉额顶支分叉点位于颧弓处,分叉点处于C型弯曲中点。  结论    三维立体可视化可以精准地进行颞浅动脉干解剖学测量,为相关临床操作提供解剖学参考。

Abstract

Objective    To measure the anatomical parameters of superficial temporal artery trunk by three-dimensional measurement, and to provide anatomical reference for related clinical operation. Methods     Original images of 70 patients aged 30-79 years old (mean 60.0 years old) who underwent cranial CTA examination in Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University from January 2021 to June 2021 were selected, including 32 females and 38 males. After the superficial temporal artery was reconstructed by professional medical 3D reconstruction software (MIMICS), the anatomical parameters of the main trunk of the superficial temporal artery were measured: length of the superficial temporal artery (AB), length of the C-type bending (CD), distance between the external auditory canal and the superficial temporal artery (EF) measured horizontally, and curvature of the C-type bending.   Results   There was no statistical difference between male and female in 3D visualization model. There was no statistical difference among different age groups. C-type curve was found in 66% of the zygomatic arch of the superficial temporal artery. The bending length of type C was linearly correlated with the bending degree y= (0.82788±0.03574) x+ (-0.02919± 0.00388). Eighty-nine percent of the C-type bending had branching vessels. The branches from the C-type bending were 7% of the middle temporal artery, 64% of the zygomatic orbital artery, and 29% of the middle temporal and zygomatic orbital artery. In the data of 70 cases, one parietal branch of the superficial temporal artery was absent, and the bifurcation point of the frontoparietal branch of the superficial temporal artery was located at the zygomatic arch. The bifurcation point was in the midpoint of C-type bending.   Conclusions Three-dimensional visualization can accurately measure the anatomical parameters of the superficial temporal artery, and provide anatomical reference for relevant clinical operations.
